Peter is not merely a futurist, he has worked on the front lines of the technology industry for more than twenty years. He built his first website in 1996, worked at theglobe.com – one of the world’s first social media – in 1998, he wrote a book about social media in 2012, and presently he is touring the world with his book “Hvad skal vi med mennesker?” on ethical, political and societal consequences of artificial intelligence.
Peter is on one hand the practitioner who helps businesses transform in a world of digital technologies, robots and artificial intelligence and on the other hand he is the engaged and inspiring author and public speaker who constantly strives to make the bright as well as bleak future clear and present for his audiences.
Peter has worked as Partner and Director in consulting companies such as Hello Group and In2media and he has been a Marketing Director at Bang & Olufsen. Concurrently with his management jobs, he has always written and debated about technology and the future in media such as Kommunikationsforum, Politiken and Berlingske.
Peter is cand.scient.pol. from University of Copenhagen and Master of International Affairs from Columbia University in New York.
