Radius – Game-changers to global travel

Navigate the Future Crash Course

Our Future is always under construction. Good management is just a prerequisite to enter the game; not to win it.
Leadership is transforming into followership. And being able to deliver a compelling vision is more important than ever.
On our days in Istanbul, we have the chance to co-create – maybe not the future – but a fuzzy version of something new and perhaps innovative. The first step into the unknown is not for the faint of heart.
It’s scary, it’s daunting, it challenges the way we normally do business – as a compelling vision should!
Liselotte Lyngsø says, “you did well, but don’t rest on your laurels. Corporate travel is in for a roller coaster ride.”

The assignment: Spot a game-changer

Better

So you want to be the relationship bank? That’s cool! That means less robot, more empathy. High Tech AND High Touch. Goodbye MBA – Hello MBS: making decisions based on Mind, Body and Soul.

No one wants to relate to a bank that is after “more”. But we’ll love you – and stay – if you do “better”.

"Interesting"

Annoying people are always right – remember?
(Aaarggh)

Seek out irritation, the little voices, the situation that triggers your brain’s smoke bomb. Your brain creates new brain cells every day. And they want to get hired to do visionary, mind blowing work for you.

Use the trendcards

ou have the cards – use them.

The first level of being a futurist is to know the difference between a trend you are certain about, and a trend you have to keep and eye on. A future employee at Nordea can cope with complexity. The more you train, the better. Use the cards, use a buddy – and use your own world as the sparring partner.

The rules are changing

Analysis jobs, accounting, retail have a 98% probability of disappearing. The rules of the game of business are rapidly changing. The world order is no longer based on the rules of “Monopoly” as a win or lose battle. It’s a computer game that you play to learn. And it’s a game that we can all win, without anyone losing.
